Happy Year of the Horse!!
My mom, who is born in the Year of the Horse, and I celebrated on New Year’s Eve in our local Chinese restaurant, Fortune Cookie, so this is an auspicious year for her. My only wish for my mom is for her to continue to live a happy and healthy life, and, hopefully, she will last over 100 years! With her optimism, she may very well reach it!
